I have recently bought three items from another site using PayPal I have filed a claim in the resolution center but because of limited staff I can't get ahold of anyone who can help me the site is fraudulent they sent me three whistles.. worth about a dollar they got $62.99 on three purchases that I made and sent me a plastic whistle my resolution center claim says that they will issue a full refund if I send the whistle back to them but this will cost a lot of money to send a plastic whistle back to China by June 13th who do I get ahold of or what do I do next I refuse to pay for shipping back to China for a small plastic whistle and there is no one to talk to
