China rip offs?

I was recently robbed by a Chinese company and was denied by paypal for over 3.5 months. has anyone else been denied and and to deal with legal mesures to be heard by them?

I purchased 2 golf games (similar to **bleep**) but paid $45.90 USD for two foam golf balls. No Game. Is there a court action lawsuit against paypal protecting  china?

Lower case is intentional!

Which dispute did you open?

non receipt of item?

item received but not as described?

did you escalate to a claim?

did paypal find in your favour and tell you to return what you received?

how did you fund that paypal payment to the seller?

item received but not as described. I escalated the claim, waited almost 3 months, filed a report with the IC3. But all proved useless. It is clear to me that PayPal is a Chinese company who can care less about its customers. I paid $45.90 for 2 foam golf balls with an international customs label declaring a $10 value. To ship the crap back would cost almost double the amount of their value.
