I paid for something that weighs 95lbs and it never arrived. Upon many queries and blaming the pandemic I was given a tracking number to check with my post office. The post office told me something weighed less than 2kg with the tracking number was delivered to my place with no signature required. I asked the Yangxin Electronics and tried to dispute at PayPal. PayPal just told me it was delivered and the case is closed. Yangxin meanwhile told me their agent had sent me the wrong goods and wanted me to return the goods I received. I had no idea what arrived so I had nothing to return. With that Yangxin refunded me half the money I paid.
I think they are just sending out something with the tracking number and pretending they are delivering the goods.
PayPal is not helpful at all.
