Charged for a cancelled subscription

Hello,

I cancelled a subscription back in February. But it turns out that there was a pre-approved payment active on Paypal that I was unaware of. I have not been charged in February/March/April. 

 

In May I suddenly got a charge from the company. This was out of the blue as they had not sent me any emails about the subscription or anything. I cannot even log into their website as I cancelled my subscription to them.

 

I raised the issue with Paypal. I sent in the email that confirmed my cancellation in February and the Terms of Use from the company's website as requested. But the dispute was not resolved in my favor and I'm unsure why. I have obviously now cancelled the pre-apporved payment. 

 

I'm unsure on my next steps as the company has effectively stolen £50 from me. Have you got any advice?
