Charge on debit card from a paypal account but that activity is not reflected on my paypal account

14.99 Charge on my debit card from an address called "*TSHRTHRDRS EBA SAN JOSE CA"

Any ways to fix or contest this charge?

I understand your concern with the charge. If you see a PayPal transaction on your debit card statement, but if it's not reflecting in your PayPal account, your purchase might have completed through our guest checkout. You would have received an email about the purchase. I request you to check your inbox or spam/junk folder to see if you have received an email receipt from our end. If not, you may need to reach out to your card issuer to know more about the transaction that is showing up in your statement.
