Ive had my account limited and ive given them all the info they have asked for but only thing I dont have is a company number as im not a registered company, I`d set up a business account as I thought that was the proper thing to do, its just an airbnb flat that I rent out so nothing major and its just me who runs it. They are stopping me withdrawing money and im due another rental in next week so more money going in soon so I need this sorted out. Ive emailed them but no reply.
There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
