Would like to clarify a few things from here. I have an on-hold amount in my current business acc and it says I don't have sufficient transaction history / perform to withdraw the money. (and it might take up to 21 - 60 days to available lmao)
Do you think I should refund the money back to the sender and I create another personal acc and ask the sender to send it to my new acc instead? Can I perform the refund process with an on-hold balance? I couldn't reach to the PayPal contact support lol
