Cant find dispute a payment, have 3 suspicious payments on my account, help!

hi all

ive been looking through paypal for an hour or so, trying to find a way to report 3 unauthorized payments and I cant find it anywhere. please help!

'Click' on the transactions in your paypal activity list and use the 'report a problem' link at the bottom of that 'details' page.

I got to activity I click on the transaction/s and there is no choice to dispute at the bottom of that detail page
