Cannot resolve a dispute - PayPal not responding

I recently raised a dispute through PayPal for an eBay transaction. In short, I purchased and item on eBay states as authentic - when I received it, I paid US$45 to have it authenticated - to be told it was fake. I returned the item - received a refund for the item. However it cost me US$285 in return shipping and US$45 in authentication fees. I raised a return shipping refund and got $30 back but how can I escalate the issue to have the full shipping amount refunded by the seller and the authentication fees. I’m at a lose end because PayPal isn’t answering my questions and the seller won’t cooperate and my dispute has been closed. Wha do I do? Please
