I was scammed by a chinese website and cannot contact the seller(of course). Contacted paypal for refund and they tried to settle for 10 dollars less than what I paid. by the time I was able to get back to the website, they had closed the case, and now tell me I can't get my stolen money back. I am wondering if I should take this to consumer reports, or just straight to the scam site of my local news because paypal seems to be complicit in this thing. I do not want a settlement, I want and deserve a full refund. Period.
