Money is being taken from my bank to PayPal Europe et Cie and I have no idea what they are for. They do not appear on my usual statement, but on the bank statement they are classed as 'multimedia'. Every time I try to 'chat' on the help centre, it just says operators are not online. Try again in office hours. These ARE office hours! I am very frustrated at not being able to communicate with anyone to establish what these payments are for. The bank will stop the payments, but I need to know what they are for before I authorise that. Hope someone can help.
