Cannot Update Account Information

Got A Notification saying that my business account is limited because some information is missing.
When I click the "Resubmit Info" Button I just get redirected to a "Something went wrong" Page.
Is anyone else having the same issue and know how to solve it?
I tried to contact PayPal by phone but was told by the automatic answering machine that my request cannot be solved by phone.
This is very frustrating for us! We are trying to get out startup Live ASAP and right now Paypal is the only blocker we have 😕
Any help would be much appreciated!
