I had a refund from a company pending for about 5 days. This morning Paypal contacted me to say the refund had been cancelled. I told the seller this, they said they have been having problems with Paypal and to put a case against it and they will sort it.
However when I've tried to put a dispute case against that refund I get a page from Paypal saying 'since this money was received, you'll need to contact the sender directly'. I haven't received any money!!
