Can't read seller's message in dispute.

I am unable to read the seller's message in a dispute. It says "Disputes to review: 1," but when I open it, there's nothing there.

I feel like this is incredibly silly and I shouldn't have to be dealing with this.

I’m having the same problem today and hoping it’s a glitch in the system or I feel I’ll have to make a phone call to PayPal tomorrow 😞

My account says there is a msg in there from the Seller but I can’t read it. When I click on it, it just circles, then nothing. I phoned PayPal tonight and they said no one else has had this issue and already I see 6 other people in this forum with the same issue. Has anyone else managed to get theirs fixed?. Please help!!!.

Try opening it in Windows if you can. I cant open messages on my iPad (get the circle) so i always have to log in to my pc to read them.

Been trying to open message from seller , over and over again . Not happy with what was sent to me 😡
