Can’t Receive my funds from paypal wallet.

For about 10 Days I have been attempting to contact paypal with hardly any contact back. Recently my paypal account has been limited due to a issue with the dob on my account and my actual dob. I am a minor and understand that I am not meant to be using paypal. I did make contact with one person and they told me that I could receive my funds in my paypal wallet, however my account would be disabled as a result. I have lost contact with this person and have no clue how to simply get my funds out of my wallet into my bank account or something. The lack of contact is really annoying and it’s super hard to simply get a human to respond to me instead of a bot offering very general answers to my questions. Please can somebody help, I’m tired of trying to contact paypal and just want to get my money out of my paypal wallet and move on.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you may not have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18.

I’ve called yesterday and this is not what I was told, they told me that I should be able to get my money back after the ticket goes through one of their teams. Also, isn’t it illegal to withhold funds from a minor?

I think as much as its illegal to open a financial account underage breaking a legal user agreement.

They won't release funds to a minor, but they may release them to a parent or guardian OR make them wait till they are 18.
