Can i use paypal if i have a debit card, but i'm under 18?

So recently, i just created my first credit card at my 15 years. My card was created with BRD Bank( Google it). Ok, so my problem is: can i associate a debit card with paypal if i have under 18? And i can use paypal normaly?
