I purchased a service and I want to dispute it. I paid the person to provide a month long service and I'd see the person 2 times a week. This month I have only seen them 3 times. After a heated discussion I decided to no longer use his services. There was no contract. Only thing that was sent was a text stating the different forms of payment he accepted. My question is am I able to dispute the charge since I am not satisfied with the service provided.

You can open a dispute for non receipt of item or service OR item or service not as described.
Whether you win or not is up to paypal to decide on the evidence supplied.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
