HI, I have been selling on eBay for a while and recently stopped since of many issues involving suspicious buyers. Since I stopped, I was trying to send my products to every buyer but two of them didn't exist for some reason. When I tried sending them messages, it would give me an error and their profile brought me to the eBay main page. I've been trying trying to fix the issue, but recently, both of the accounts, at the same time, requested on paypal a refund and opened a case for 50$ when the product was only 3.50$. Im at the moment unable to reach them or even do anything and dont want to loose 100$ from my own money, please help and thank you . I dont know what to do...
