Buyer disputing an included item not in description

Hi guys, Sold a laptop on Facebook marketplace - no description but of course answered questions before the sale. After the sale, I asked if he wanted a third-party charger and he agreed. It worked at time of delivery. He's now saying the charger is faulty and wants a refund at the price of a genuine charger — but this was never on offer. I've offered him the chance to return the charger for a refund of the price I paid, but I don't actually think I'm obliged to do even that? Since it was an extra thrown in after sale. He's saying it's assumed a laptop comes with a working charger, but surely there are no assumptions permitted beyond description and photos?
