Hello community,

I bought thru facebook and paid with Paypal a log hauler and received a cheap ring. i think it's totally scam. I filed did not received item at first because could not reach seller. The link he provided in email was no longer working, neither as the link for web store. The status in resolution center is still pending as they are reviewing the tracking number he provided. But today received a cheap ring, I suspect bait and switch scam. How can i change from item not received to item not as bought? What's next?

Thank you all

Should be an option in the resolution centre to change the dispute reason, if not contact c.s.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
