Hi there. I would like to ask you guys what can I do regarding a phone I bought.
I bought a phone from an online store and it arrived with the original seal broken and one old one pasted on top (to give the impression it was never opened).
I have tried contacting them several times and had no answers so far. I see I can ask for a partial refund and I would like to know if I can do that now since they clearly are ignoring my queries.
