Bogus shipping confirmation and no resolution for it.

This is in response to PP closing my claim Case ID: PP-D-72694612 which was closed without regard to OBVIOUS fallacious reporting by the seller Wenjun Wang.

The bogus UPS "shipping confirmation" tracking number 1Z81WV731307088422 (attached in claim) received on 6-20-20 shows the "delivery" was already made on on the previous Wednesday, 6-17-20, for a 13.2 lb product, when the product I purchased is 50 lbs (as shown in the product description). Additionally, this order was supposed to be delivered to my home, but UPS tracking shows delivered to "office", and signed for by "Robinson". 

Why doesn't PP pay attention to the specifics of the shipment tracking, but considers ANY tracking information as legitimate?

What are my options for recourse, now that PP has closed my claim? I have tried, but am unable to open another claim for this transaction.
