I purchased a Nintendo switch on 7/16 and wanted to cancel since I could not contact this vendor to verify my order. I filed a dispute but it was closed and now I cannot speak to a person to reopen the dispute. I thought paypal was secure but now it seems like they are a ghost.
I ordered an Xbox and got a pound shop toy from best online stores. I tried to cancel order pretty much straight away (within the hour) as I thought something wasn’t right. They suggested I file another claim for either item not received or significantly different to what ordered. This dispute has been going on since July and still ongoing.
