I made a transaction, turns out the website was a scam. I followed the directions from PayPal on how to get a refund. I then made a dispute before asking the seller for a refund and thats when PayPal closed my case and now its is telling me that I can’t make another dispute for the same transaction. Is there any way I can get my money back?
