Back on April 30 I bout a Weber q1200 bbq I waited in tell June for my bbq to show up it never did so I got a case started then back on July you emailed me telling me my case is closed  because the guy i paid told you I received my new bbq not true I never got my bbq I paid for so what you told me is you only side with the seller so now i am out all my money that I paid for I never got a shipping time or a day it was shipped  or a tracking number for my bbq still I no you got it but I never did i would like you to do more for the buyer when this kind of stuff happens again I never got my bbq but you just don't care about the people who use you just the sellers not a good company you are when you **bleep** the people  over

Send that to customer services, nothing to do with anyone on here.

If you want advice on how to appeal if the seller sent you fake tracking and you lost an item not received dispute then feel free to ask politely and we will help you.

I have tried to get help all you tell me is case closed not right I never received my bbq but you only help the seller out not the buyer we the people  buy from you and then you steel it from me again I never received  my bbq I paid for but your  company only helps out the big guy not right when you let company's steel from us all
