Bayer Scam - what should I do

Hello, 

I'd been scammed by a buyer for 66$. 

The buyer opened a case of non delivery 10 days after the purchase. I sent all the tracking and delivery info and uploaded them to the case.

4 days after - the buyer changed the case theme to " not as described" and asked for a refund - with no explanation and no images attached. 

I have a few options given from PP and choose one of them "refund the buyer after he will ship the package back".

After I clicked that option - PP informed me that the case was closed and the buyer received a refund. 

So basically I was left with no money and no merchandise!

It's a scam and this scam can be done to anyone and by everyone. 

What should I do?
