Ok I made a purchase online and the vendor was using the PayPal card payment system, as I wanted to use an account that IS NOT linked to my PayPal account I did not use my PayPal account but the purchase was protected by pay pal. The product was sent from Melbourne, Victoria the product vendor sent me was not the product advertised in their video ad. So I contacted them complaining that that it wasn't what was advertised and they then wanted me to send the product to China to get a refund rather that back to thd address it was sent from in Melbourne. So now I want to go through PayPal to seek a resolution but I keep getting forced to go to the resolution page through my oaypal account which I didn't use. So the transaction doesn't appear only account so I cant use that. I cant seem to email them and I cant get through on the phone, does anyone ga e any ideas, I am getting extre6fystrated here.
