Attempting to file a dispute with a missing transaction.

Hey everyone! I ordered shoes a month ago from Depop and the seller is not contacting me back. I'm afraid I'm in the hands of a scammer, and I would like to file a dispute. In my email, I received a PayPal transaction receipt and I checked out through guest/debit, which means it didn't link to a PayPal account. I've been waiting for a PayPal agent for an hour now, and I'm extremely anxious. Anyone know how else to file a dispute??
