Hello everyone,
I lodged a refund dispute with a seller yesterday and I'm having trouble attaching any files and images to support my case. It keeps redirecting my to an error page stating:
We're sorry. Something went wrong."
and the only button available is "Return to Resolution Centre". I've been trying to upload supporting documentation for 2 days now. I've already named the files accordingly and put in a relevant description before submitting. I also checked the file size and file/image format and they all comply with the standard required for submitting. I also cleared all of the cookies and cache on my browser and tried using different browsers.
I've also read on another thread that other users have trouble with this too.
Has anyone successfully done this before? I'm still at the stage, where I'm communicating with the seller but they haven't responded yet. Would it be better to escalate the claim? Would I be able to provide evidence after I escalate the claim to Paypal agents?
