Asking for a refund

Hello! I created this paypal account to ask for your help! I purchased from beautifulhalo.com (The worst decision i have made in my entire life) using my credit card through paypal ( i did not have a paypal account so i used paypal as a guest) and i got suspicious of the website. According to their policy if the order has not been shipped i can cancel my order and get a refund ( luckily my order has not been shipped and i suspect that it never will) i contacted them just to make sure before canceling my order and they told me it will be shipped in few days so i told them i want to cancel my order and they immediately told me that my order was shipped yesterday but the system was not updated and i asked for a tracking number and they did not respond. I did not believe them so i contacted them after few hours and they told me my order will be shipped in 2 days :)!! Obviously the website is a scam and now i want a refund and they dont answer my emails. What can i do? And i repeat i did not have a paypal account when i purchased from the website Please help i am frustrated 😞 Thanks

it's happen to me when i bought an handheld gun carwash and after waiting for more than 2 months the seller TADAMIR.STORE they send me a small spray rod very different from what i order so when i ask for a refund they offer me $9.00 out of $27.00 that i spend so i said NO 

I hope no one should buy a water gun from that company that's call TADAMIR.STORE IS A SCAM

I'm really sorry you're dealing with this.  I suspect this will be me in a few weeks.  I stupidly ordered from beautifulhalo before doing much research into the company to realize they are a drop shipping scam site.  Be aware that the tracking number they send you won't be accurate.  Three days after placing my order, it said it "shipped," and I was pleasantly surprised. It said it was shipping from Santa Monica, CA which is only a few hours away from me. I've been in communication with their "customer service" as to why my delivery confirmation number still says "Label created," but hasn't been shipped. They informed me that it had to come from China.  I presume they are buying it from China, shipping to Santa Monica, then shipping to me.   They aren't transparent at all, and their customer service is a joke.  Technically, my item has "shipped," although it's been at "Label created" in Santa Monica, CA for the last 2 weeks (USPS has no record of the item itself), but I don't foresee myself getting this item anytime soon.   Their site says 5-15 business days for delivery.  I will be filing for a refund after the 15th business day (next week).
