So I had an authorized transaction from lovely wholesale that I didn’t do because first of all whoever got into my paypal account used an old address that I don’t live at anymore since a year ago. The person who made this purchase used a different shipping address that I don’t live at. So if I made the purchase why would I get it sent to a old address!! PayPal is refusing to refund me money and I can’t speak to no one over the phone I need to appeal this ASAP !!
