I want to appeal two cash card dispute decisions by PayPal as they're very obviously wrong and I was told by multiple representatives I should dispute. How do I go about doing that? A bit of backstory, I was scammed attempted to buy an electronic and won that case because the seller couldn't provide proof he'd sent the item (or even had it in his possession) and he couldn't provide proof he'd refunded me. These two cases are spinoff cases of that case. He asked for shipping money and I sent it twice and he claimed he didn't receive it. Obviously I'm disputing because why would he need shipping money from an item he didn't ship or even have. Any help would be appreciated.
