App Store and iTunes disallowed

Hi I’ve recently spoken to Apple as my son made some accidental charges using paypal. Apple issued a refund but because I reported to paypal they have blocked me from using paypal on my Apple account now. How do I unblock it so I can use paypal again??

This is between Apple and you. Nothing to do with a PayPal. 

Contact a PayPal and tell them issue resolved. But I still think it’s Apple’s issue.

I have spoken to Apple. They have said because I reported charges to paypal, paypal have blocked Apple

Then write to PayPal and undispute your charges..

Sometimes it shouldn’t be too quick In disputing any charge on PayPal. 

Payments to Apple with a credit or debit card maybe your only option now..
