I'm a recent customer for Tomtop.com and every nerve in me tells me I've made a mistake. I've read online reviews for Tomtop and every one of them says something negative about the site. I've even tried contacting the seller about the purchase I made but I don't get a response. I keep receiving an email telling me (in Chinese) that my emails have been bounced, multiple times. I've even opened up a dispute in Paypal complaining about not receiving my items but still nothing from the seller. Does Tomtop even exist? Is this a scam website? Who is Tomtop.com?
I purchased a patio sofa from this company but got string outside of guranteed and feedback period. Contacted eBay and PayPal, but they cannot help me even I have all email communication records. I had many disappointed purchase experiences but this is the worst because I can't believe I've got scamed by a seller on eBay. What disappointed me the most is eBay block buyers' right to share their bad experience with other buyers so this scammer continue scamming other on eBay. You can't leave a review on product and It doesn't make any sense that there is a timeframe for buyers to leave feedback. After this purchase, I learned and decided to say good bye to eBay forever. This seller is hurting buyers, and eBay is the one hand them the knife.
Yes. PayPal even worst. I provided all item defective images and email communication records shows how seller string me out of covered period and I still haven't received the replacement by now. PayPal declined my case with only one sentence "This decision was made because we have found no evidence that the item was misrepresented" and I have no idea what is this mean. Anyway, I contacted BBB last week and I received a text message that I have a package coming from China, hopefully this is it.
The title says it all. Thank goodness I used Paypal - the only reason I got a refund is when they started to jerk me around that I simply opened a ticket with Paypay.
They lied many times during our emails - and I have them to prove it. NEVER buy from Tomtop.
Now they are trying to bribe me with "points" to remove or modify my 1 star reviews.
I bought an expensive cell phone here that took forever to get to me and stopped working properly after less than a month of careful use. The ad said it had a six month warranty but Tomtop has ignored me.
