Good day pay palers !
i purchased 2 items from 4hawks.com but surprisingly upon arrival one item is missing , tracking info + shipping label all specify that shipment qty is 1 !
but paypal wants me to contact FBI to provide authenticity of my claim against the seller while DHL tracking shows clearly 1 item ! Also the emails responses from there website support admit they missed on one item but they didn't refund me !
it appears that paypal get rid of disputes with bureaucratic procedures that give them mind peace instead of providing true customer support ! isn't the seller official responses and official tracking info provide evidence !? how an governmental entity knows even if my claim is true while they investigate may claim when the period of paypal response 10 day !
this case first is my first dispute and it appears that Chinese websites have more customer support than paypal lol what a joke

Hi @Zyadero,
I'm sorry for any confusion. A shipment quantity on the label refers to the number of packages associated with that label, not the contents of the package. PayPal cannot use the label's package quantity to determine the number of items inside the package.
I'm sorry for the frustration that you are experiencing.

Hi @Zyadero,
I regret that email responses that are not sent through the dispute messaging cannot typically be used to determine a claim. The authenticity of an email cannot be determined by PayPal.
