Hi @ paypal ,
It’s now almost two months you’re blocking our account without apparent, nor expressed reason. Your last response dates the 4th of June 2019. The last we could say, is that we are extremely surprised for your lack of professionalism in sorting out our case.

- Never had any dispute
We have clearly read your terms and conditions, and we understand the legal difficulties for us to obtain gain of cause, as we are probably a very tinny account. Said that, we are lucky to live in a country, which offers us the right to defend consumer rights. For this reason we have already contacted the financial ombudsman, from who we don’t really expect much, and the Swiss Protection Consumer federation, which we have no doubt, will take all means to warn their consumers about this situation.
