Account permanently blocked

Hello Poeple,

Today I received a email from Paypal after 6 years. They blocked yesterday in the evening my account. But why? I don't know. They w ill control my account but I have a lot off money in my account and need to do payments. But in this situation I can't do payments to other people. So on this way I can't do my work. They will hold my money for max 180 days. But I think it's unjustified, its my money and they will hold them for 180days. And is also now a hard time for people in corona and they hold the money? Can someone help me to resolve this issue directly?

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal holds any funds for 180 days as that is the same time frame that buyers have to open paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened against you in 180 days then 'normally' you are allowed to withdraw the funds as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Your best bet is to wait until the phones are back up and running and then phone customer services so that you can speak to an agent.
Then they can help advise on how you can withdraw the funds if and when you are allowed to do so.

I understand that I am blocked, contacting paypal is impossible. And I have been unfairly blocked.

 

So I was just blocked because I simply have a slightly higher balance? That is a big shame for Paypal. Especially because you do everything according to the rules of Paypal. I'm not doing anything wrong. In receive and send payments. After all, a dispute is never opened against me.

 

So you lost your money for 180 days due to an algorithm? How extremely bad is that!

The worst thing is that no Paypal employee is looking at this, waiting for the call to open again is not an option, they will not open, they will never open again. Emails are not answered etc.

 

I cannot speak to any employee. And I am financially dependent on this balance on Paypal.

(I have sended Paypal ID few years ago) so it cannot be the fault.

 

How can I reach someone the fastest?
