How do I get money of my paypal if it has account limitations and I only added my netspend card trying to withdraw my money I went to the resolution center and sent a picture of ID and a picture of my netspend card bc that's all that was required...the ID photo verified quickly but the nets spend card still marked as submitted? I would appreciate any advice on how to get my money off the PayPal account or any knowledge of how so otherwise.
