Hi everyone. My account is restricted due to unusual activity on my card. I sent proof of ID as part of the requested documents to lift the restrictions. This was over 2 months ago and it still says submitted for review. Surely it cant take this length. I have tried emailing PayPal but keep getting a generic response which is so frustrating. Has anyone got any advise or a contact number where I can actually speak to someone? Thank you
