Mu account has been limited until I provide evidence that I am the owner of a Visa card. However I am not the owner of the card PayPal wants evidence for. I have called my current bank and they have no record of the card in question. The card is either associated with a bank account which was closed many years ago, or the card is not mine. I have called PayPal but it's like talking to a brick wall. I'm about ready to walk away from using PayPal altogether.
