I logged into my paypal account today after finding out someone might of gotten access to my Microsoft account which has my paypal account linked for my xbox live subscription. I see no fraud charges or pending charges but I am getting a notification pop saying I have limited account access. If I click on the notification to go to the resolution center nothing happens. If I follow the help center link to the resolution center nothing shows up about an account limitation. All the help I can find involves going through the resolution center but I can't do that so I'm not sure what to do. I tried to message support but couldn't get through to an actual customer support rep. and the automated support told me nothing but a reference number and couldn't even tell what is limited on my account or why it is limited. Is there another way to contact support or something I am missing to solve this problem?
