I have a Paypal Business account and got a limitation since 23/11/2018. Waited 180 days limitation has pasted but I still cannot withdraw. So i contact paypal, then i was told recent proof of address are require, I immediately send in my Business bank statement for both the business address and my home address, then waited another 30 days, now in day 210 I received an email that i can withdrawn my funds, but after logging into my paypal to find it is still being withheld, call paypal again and now get told there are two limitations on my account, one has been lifted but another one is still under review, it will take another 30 days.
I understand paypal need to know who i am and where i lived, but could they not done so in the first 180days period ?
Why does it take another 60days for paypal to verified my address when my business is still running ( business as usual with or without paypal ) for the last 8 months and my business bank account is still the same one registered to my paypal.
