Hi,
I received an email from Paypal yesterday telling me they have suspended my account with no reason given.
This is incredibly frustrating as at no point have I broken any terms or used this account for anything illegal. They haveb't given me any reason why and have even blocked me from using their live chat service to find out more information.
Why has my account been blocked? I can absolutely 100% tell you that I have not broken any terms and conditions, so how can I get this mistake reviewed?
There are a number of other ways I can pay for things and avoid Paypal completely (and I fully intend to if they don't even have the decency to give me a reason why!) but to close an account without telling you why is pretty poor service.
I know paypal have done this to other people and I will have to warn others of the dangers of using Paypal if I can't get this resolved.
