Hello, How does one contact PayPal to report an account that has been accessed by an unauthorized person? The problem is that the resolution center is only accessible AFTER you login. However, if the unauthorized party has changed the password a d recovery phone number, how does one then contact the center? How are you supposed to close and remove the account if you cannot access you profile page? This is very frustrating as my spouse's account has been accessed and we are getting the emails of transactions, which have been forwarded to the spoof@paypal.com but there has been nothing but automatic replies as the problem escalates.

From the following PayPal link select "Call us", and you'll see the option to "Call as a guest".

I was trying to navigate about the website via mobile browser and the contact information kept making me login to my account to get to the phone number, but wasn't able to reach it without; which is the issue, not being able to login as someone has changed the contact number...
