Account blocked permanently

Hi need help,I decided to sell a few of my vintage skateboards to get some extra xmas cash,now paypal has blocked my account even tho I've have all proof of posting 3 people out of the 5 I sent to have received there item and I've no cash its cost me around 200 pounds in shipping fee around the globe,I've been treated like I'm some sort of criminal,really not happy with this please help
