Account blocked, no feedback and money withheld

Am so frustrated. My account first got limited (after having used it for over 1 year)for they wanted more proof of address etc,which I sent,  they kept on asking for it so I pretty much sent everything I can possibly send reg that. Next thing was it got blocked and I was told I cant use it at all and after 3 months I might get my money back - literally hundreds of mails and messages later - and I got nothing but automated responses. It is now 3 months and I am still not getting a response or having any luck retrieving my money.  This is utterly ridiculous and they are siting on a big chunk of my money.

There also doesnt seem to be a phone number to phone within RSA. 

Does anyone have some idea how to get my money back ???

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Thanks for the response but I did all of the above countless times except for calling them for I am in South Africa and I was told I can only phone the USA number for there is no contact number in my country which is totally ridiculous.
