Account banned, bank blocked.

Hey everyone.

My account got banned 3 years after i created it. For the reason i was underage when i created the account (When i got banned i was 19y).
Now my bank cannot be linked anymore to any paypal account.
I saw i needed to contact the support number. But there is no number anyomore (For EU).
I cannot report a problem, because there are no transactions yet.
So i don't know where to go anymore then here.

Can anyone guide me what steps to take to link my bank again to a new account.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.

As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to open a new account. The latter option is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once, so check first.
