Account Suspension and no way to contact

I recently tried to have my account details verified and since i was 16 at the time of starting my account it was suspended. I now have to start a new account but before i do i need to organise some funds. I have a money pool with £100+ in it and no way to remove the funding. i also have paypal credit to pay off which it wont let me do either. Ive tried contacting the chat line but it told me to come back during the working hours of 7am - 5:30pm but it is 8am currently. Is there any alternative method of contact? i just want to start a new account
