My account was hacked, with the email and phone replaced for just a few minutes. However the account was also converted to a Business account, and my financial history was wiped out, so I have no idea if there is a large pending payment from the account. I have been unable to have this resolved through phone calls, as I am told they "can not support your inquiry over the phone".
My question is what can I do now? I cannot convert my account back, and now can no longer see my past invoices, or any transaction history.
