Has anyone had there paypal vendor account blocked due to a violation of the user agreement. I had my account block but I have no clue what I was in violation of. I have tried repeatedly to call and email to get an answer on why me account was blocked. When I call they will only confirm that my account was blocked but will not give me an explanation on why it was blocked. When I email in they only send back the standard template saying that my account is blocked.
On top of this they have recently taken all of the funds from my account. We are a small business dealing with the pandemic so this has been a big problem for us. Has anyone run into this problem before?
